Position: Precision Mould & Die Specialist (m/w/d)
Location: Bretten (Baden)
Employment Type: Full-time with possible shift work
Working Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Fabrication, maintenance, and repair of precision moulds and dies used in manufacturing processes
- Performing scheduled preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery and production equipment to ensure operational reliability
- Programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines for the production of high-quality components
- Assembling and adjusting mould and die components to meet strict dimensional and quality standards
- Conducting detailed quality inspections and documenting results to ensure compliance with technical specifications
- Collaborating with production and engineering teams to optimize tooling workflows and resolve technical challenges
Candidate Profile:
- Completed vocational training in a relevant technical field or equivalent qualification
- Practical experience in metalworking and CNC programming
- Knowledge of plastics processing is advantageous
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work shifts as required
